“National logistics policy will attract global investment to India. We applaud the government’s holistic approach to the logistics industry,” stated Mr. Abhishek Joshi, CEO of Ash Logistics and Traders Pvt. ltd on the occasion of the National Logistics Day on June 28th. India is the fifth largest economy and is fast moving to third place. We welcome the government’s decision to understand the importance of logistics and supply chain to India’s overall economic growth. With the implementation of NLP, we can better compete with China and the US in the age of globalization.

The policy will improve infrastructure such as road, rail and waterway networks, airports, logistics centers and digital services related to the sector. Logistics services will improve drastically and support India’s mission – Self Reliant India.

“This policy will directly boost the Indian economy in both the primary and secondary sectors and create one of the best logistics companies in India,” added Mr. Abhishek.
