MSC opens new office in the United States

MSC has announced plans to build a new office in Tempe, Arizona to expand its network of facilities across the United States.

Construction of the state-of-the-art 777 Tower on the Arizona State University (ASU) campus is scheduled for completion in spring 2024.

The approximately 2,630 m² area on the sixth level of the skyscraper will house 170 MSC employees, most of whom are local.

According to the MSC, the 777 Tower with a total area of ​​14,900 m² includes environmentally friendly initiatives such as B. the use of green resources and utilities and responsible waste management.

“The new office of the Mediterranean Shipping Company underscores Arizona’s appeal as a national logistics hub,” said Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority.

MSC has worked with local organizations such as Arizona State University, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the Arizona Commerce Authority to help set up the new office.

The new MSC facility in the United States will be the eleventh in the country, following the company’s facilities in Baltimore, Boston, Charleston, Chicago, Costa Mesa, Houston, Miami, New Orleans and MSC’s US headquarters in New York.
