MSC expands KIWI service between Australia, New Zealand and Thailand

MSC announced the expansion of its KIWI service, which will connect Australia, New Zealand and Thailand on a weekly basis.

The full rotation of the updated service is as follows:

Laem Chabang (Thailand) – Singapore – Jakarta (Indonesia) – Brisbane (Australia) – Sydney (Australia) – Auckland (New Zealand) – Nelson (New Zealand) – Wellington (New Zealand) – Lyttelton (New Zealand) – Port Chalmers (New Zealand) – Brisbane – Tanjung Pejuang (Malaysia) – Singapore – Laem Chabang

The MSC Cape III will be deployed on the first southbound voyage and is expected to arrive in Laem Chabang on March 28, 2023. In addition, the MSC Alabama III will be deployed on the first northbound voyage and is scheduled to depart Brisbane on March 18, 2023 and arrive at Laem Chabang on April 4.

Meanwhile, MSC said the service will take 18 days to move cargo from Laem Chabang to Brisbane, 21 days to Sydney and 27 days to Auckland.
