IndoSpace opened two new logistics parks, one in Dhatir, near Palwal and the other in Taoru, near Sohna to further strengthen its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR).
“With over 3.4 million square feet of development potential, these parks offer excellent infrastructure, amenities and versatile solutions, making them an ideal choice for warehousing and regional distribution needs,” the press release reads.
The parks border several major highways such as the NH-919 with direct access to the forthcoming DME (Delhi Mumbai Expressway), WDFC (Western Dedicated Freight Corridor) and DND-Faridabad-EPR/KMP Expressway – all expected to be fully operational by 2025. The Convenient access to such vital logistics infrastructure enables these locations to become warehousing hotspots with pan-India service capability.
Rajesh Jaggi, Vice Chairman – Real Estate, Everstone Group, said: “NCR is a key location for us from a warehousing perspective. As the region acts as a gateway to the North Market and is home to multiple industries and opportunities, we are strategically expanding our network in Taoru and Dhatir. Going forward, we look to maintain momentum with these state-of-the-art logistic parks and are confident that these new parks will play a crucial role in driving the growth of various sectors including pharmaceutical, 3PL, e-commerce, distribution and retail.”
With eight fully operational Grade A parks close to key manufacturing locations in Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, IndoSpace has already established a comprehensive booth at the NCR. The parks at Dhatir and Taoru are the latest additions to IndoSpace’s ever-growing portfolio in the region, after Badli, Bhaproda, Luhari and Farukhnagar. Each of these logistic parks allows for easy access to economically important cities and seamless connectivity through multimodal transportation, making them well-suited for industrial, logistic, and warehousing operations.
