One of the main concerns of e-commerce players, especially D2C brands, is faster delivery. The solutions not only improve the overall customer experience by providing greater speed, but also increase seller revenue through fewer returns.
The Same Day Delivery (SDD) service aims to address this issue with its key features such as cut-off times of 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. for the receipt of the orders, guaranteed same-day delivery in major cities and cut-off times customized to the requirements of the Customers.
The SDD+ is designed for high-volume SKUs that are held and fulfilled in micro-fulfillment centers in cities. With a cut-off time of up to 2 p.m., the service ensures faster parcel delivery to customers.
The Next Day Delivery (NDD) service aims to provide secure delivery for Interacity with a cut-off time of 12:00 noon for the next day. This service highlights improved customer experience, reduced product returns, and reduced customer acquisition costs.
With the growth of e-commerce and the D2C ecosystem in recent years, the need for faster delivery in categories such as electronics, beauty and cosmetics, fashion and apparel has emerged as a success factor for customer experience. The company capitalized on the needs of the industry and recently launched ExpressPlus, a multi-modal shipping product behind air transport.
