DB Schenker Korea opens distribution and logistics center in Incheon FTZ

DB Schenker Korea continues to invest for customers in Northeast Asia. The newly opened KLC 2 warehouse, strategically located within the Incheon Free Trade Zone of South Korea, offers more than 40,000 square meters of storage space and boasts TAPA A, LEED GOLD certification and compliance with NFPA standards, as well as superior quality management systems and values.

The site area of ​​KLC2 is 13,440 square meters, with a utility floor below ground and seven floors above, including three mezzanines, all used for storage and logistics operations, with ancillary areas for facilities and offices. The total gross floor area is now 40,325 m².

Guests of honor at the opening ceremony were HE Michael Reiffenstuel, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Korea, Ju Young Byun, the Vice Commissioner of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority.
